Pads4Let Medway, formerly known as Pads4Grads, is a reputable privately owned family business based in North Kent, providing quality houses and single room accommodation for rent in Gillingham, Medway, for young working professionals and students.
Having created the Pads4Grads brand several years ago, our task was to evolve the existing brand to Pads4Let Medway which caters for a growing young working professionals accommodation market while still retaining the established students accommodation market.
As well as the new brand design, we delivered a scalable in-house editable website. Also shown is the original Pads4Grads identity to show the continuity in both brand naming and visual identity.
