We were hired by Mitie Maintenance, Mitie Engineering and Mitie Cleaning to create a successful tender document to win a multi-million pound maintenance contract with UAL (University of the Arts London). Knowing that four further sizable national facilities companies where also competing meant that the proposal had to be compelling.

We immediately created the campaign slogan ‘maintaining a creative environment’. We then applied the Mitie identity to a range of equipment that would be associated with an art college environment with a hero image of paint oozing out of a Mitie branded tube of gouache paint. The images were instrumental in the design of the tender document and powerpoint presentation with the original Mitie tube of paint packaged up and presented to the head of the UAL team.

Mitie went on to win the contract and were complimented by UAL on their intelligent and creative approach to securing the business.
